Located just 1 and 1/2 miles from Kehena Black Sand Beach, and situated on an ultra quiet 15,000 square foot lot at the top of Kalapana Seaview Estates, this 1,125 square foot, 3 yurt home includes a 27' living room/kitchen combination yurt, with a Stainless Steel General Electric Profile Arctica refrigerator/freezer, and a Stainless Steel Kenmore Elite dishwasher, propane oven/stove, and microwave oven. An attached 18' bedroom yurt, and 2 bathrooms with a dual head, covered, outdoor shower, overlook a large 180 square foot covered lanai and lush tropical garden. Also included is a fully furnished detached 16' O'hana bedroom yurt with 1/2 bath and outdoor shower, and attached laundry facilities, with a Kenmore Elite electric washer and propane dryer, and its own 10 gallon General Electric water heater for the shower and washing machine. Main house and bedroom are already wired for the attached Dish Satellite. A 7,000 gallon catchment tank is attached to the main house and a 400 gallon catchment tank is attached to the O'hana (both tanks are currently full). You provide your own HELCO, propane (for the propane oven/stove and on demand AquaStar water heater on the main house as well as the propane dryer in the laundry room), water filters, and water deliveries (if ever necessary ... it hasn't been in 8 years). Yard and cinder maintenance required. Employment, personal, and current landlord references, along with a six month lease, plus first months rent and $500.00 Security Deposit are required to move in. After six months, rent switches to a month to month basis, with 30 day notice (from either party) prior to vacating. Single pet negotiable with NON-REFUNDABLE $250.00 pet deposit. Interior photos furnished upon request. Available for move in on June 15th. (Rent reduction possible in exchange for small repair projects on the property, on a case by case basis.
