Haunted Gay Halloween Party 2006
Dear Friends of the Community:
On Friday October 27th, 2006 the Kona Bowl at 75-5591 Palani Rd is willing to shut the bowling alley and Parrot Lounge down to be used for an exclusive Gay Halloween party. The cost is 5,000 for the facility and then additional for food and DJ.
The Kona Bowl can hold 600 people. There will be a dance floor, Bowling, food, cash bar, karaoke in the lounge and casino style games. Plus participants are encouraged to wear their best Halloween costume.
I am just one person trying to organize this. I am volunteering my time. However due to the cost associated there would be a charge for this event. I wish it could be free! I will contact the aids foundation so if the turn out is good and there is money left over it will be donated to them. Attendance is crucial. There needs to be at least a minimum of 250-300 people attend. This should be possible since the Pride cruise in June drew 400 people.
Tickets costs are $25.00. You can email flw7411@msn.com for more information. Tickets must be purchased by October 6th, 2006. If the number isn???t reached by that date the event will be cancelled. Should the event cancel all money will be refunded. Cash will not be accepted in advance. Checks are to be made to Kona Bowl.
Please help pass this around and see if we could make this happen. I appreciate everyone attention and help in spreading the word. If you have accommodations and would like to host this event please let me know.
