Word has reached us that Governor Lingle plans to veto HB 1450 (Non-discrimination in employment, protecting Gender Identity and Expression) and HB 1715 (Non-discrimination in Housing protecting Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression) TODAY!
We need lobbying help, both phone calls and emails today

There's been much work over several decades to get these bills to where they are today. Please help in this effort. Contact the Governor and ask her not to veto these bills. Our community pays taxes and abides by the law. We deserve nothing less that the same protections afforded everyone else.
