Dear Friends:
These days we often get so caught up in making money that we neglect to take a Holy Day; to be in Nature; to nurture our Bodies and Spirits. Vibrational Health is about aligning with Nature, and allowing Nature to work its magic through our cells.
On March 10th we will meet at the lush Sacred Garden of Maliko, just below Makawao (http://www.sacredgardensmaui.com/ for pictures and directions).
Our classroom will be in the greenhouse on Saturday, from 10 to 5, where I will share how to upgrade the feng shui of your home and office with colored rocks, and crystals. Outdoors, among the great trees, we will annoint each other with essential oils, and crystals, and sound. There is a beautiful big Labyrinth in the garden, and we will walk the Labyrinth with sound.
On Sunday we will meet in Kahalui at 1 and return at about 5. (Your kids are welcome if they can be quiet at times.) We will carpool to the Olivine Pools (about an hour's drive), where we can luxuriate in the peridot tidepools while we tone our hearts out while watching (and sometimes getting immersed in) the crashing waves. What fun!
Then we'll journey to the Iao Valley, where we'll tone and tune in on the gifts of the trees and the water and commune with the plants and the stream.
When you leave, you will feel energized, peaceful, tuned in, and you will have will new tools to enhance and enrich your daily life.
Please register right away, before Sunday, March 4, with a $50 deposit, so you can qualify for the $175 Kama'aina rate. After that it goes up to $200. (Others pay $195 before and 220 after March 4.) I do accept credit cards, trades, and post-dated checks. And you are welcome to bring your friends, your crystals and essential oils.
